1: How will COVID-19 affect my package?
Please allow 5 to 7 business days after order is shipped. Given the COVID-19 Pandemic, allow a little extra time in receiving your deck.
2: How can I track my order?
After your order is packaged and shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number.
3: What's the process for Express Shipping with UPS?
*Place your order
*Email us at email@example.com your order number
*We will then email you the additional cost for shipping express (Please note when you checkout the cost you paid towards shipping will also go towards your total shipping cost)
*After you select which shipping you want to go with, we will then email you an invoice for the additional cost in shipping
*After the invoice is paid, we will package your deck/decks and will set an email alert for tracking your shipment
1: How long do I have if I want to return the deck?
You have 7 days from your delivery date to contact us regarding your refund request. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2: What happens after I email your support team?
We are glad you asked! After we receive your email, one of our team members will reach out within 24-48 hours pertaining to your request.
Return Qualifications: Your item must be unopened and in great condition. Given you have an issue after you open the box, we will assist with your needs on a case by case basis.
If the return is approved, we will email you a return label and deduct shipping cost from your return.
