1: How will COVID-19 affect my package?
Please allow 5 to 10 business days after your order is shipped to arrive. Given the COVID-19 Pandemic, please allow a little extra time in receiving your deck/decks.

3: What's the process for Express Shipping with UPS?

*We will advise if your order will be able to be dropped off to UPS that day or the following day. Our cut off for drop-offs are normally 3pm EST.
4: When is our cutoff for UPS Next Day Air/Air Saver orders?
Thursday at 3:30pm. Any orders placed on Friday's will not arrive until Monday.

1: How long do I have if I want to return the deck?
You have 7 days from your delivery date to contact us regarding your refund request. Please send an email to email@example.com .

We are glad you asked! After we receive your email, one of our team members will reach out within 24-48 hours pertaining to your request.
Return Qualifications: Your item must be unopened and in great condition. Given you have an issue after you open the box, we will assist with your needs on a case by case basis.
If the return is approved, we will email you a return label and deduct shipping cost from your return.
1: What are the steps to receive a military discount?

Our team will then provide you with a coupon code to check out with. You will have to ensure that your shipping address is to a military address. Any order that isn't shipped to a military address or your military status isn't confirmed verified another way will be cancelled.

3. I ordered a pre-sale deck and another deck, do I have to wait to receive my entire order?
Not at all. We will process and send out the deck/decks we have in stock first. When the pre-sale deck arrives, we will send immediately and you will receive separately.
