Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive either an email or text message (whichever method of communication you selected at checkout) with your confirmation number. Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Once your order is processed in our warehouse, you will receive an email or text message with your tracking information.

To track your order, head over to the live chat option on the bottom right of our website, select Track My Order, and provide the order number beginning with "LC" (ex: LC10776).

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and internationally.

At checkout, you have the option to select your shipping carrier. We currently ship via the United States Post Service, UPS, and DHL.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and determined by the weight and destination of your order.

If you selected UPS Next Day at checkout and your order is placed before 12PM EST, your package will ship the same day and arrive to you on the following day. UPS Next Day is the only shipping option with guaranteed next-day delivery. All other shipping options on our website are estimates.

Please check your mailbox, porch, or garage, or ask your neighbors to see if your package was delivered. If your order has not been delivered within 48 hours of being marked as delivered, please email support@lyricallycorrect.com with your order number.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us. If your package is in transit, we cannot change the address.

- We will advise if your order will be able to be dropped off to UPS that day or the following day. Our cut off for drop-offs are normally 3pm EST.

Thursday at 3:30pm. Any orders placed on Friday's will not arrive until Monday.
Returns

We are able to accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of being marked delivered by the shipping carrier. We can only accept returns for games that are unopened and in the shrink wrap.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return labels and reshipment costs for exchanges. To initiate the return process, please email our support team at support@lyricallycorrect.com.

We are glad you asked! After we receive your email, one of our team members will reach out within 24-48 hours pertaining to your request.
Return Qualifications: Your item must be unopened and in great condition. Given you have an issue after you open the box, we will assist with your needs on a case by case basis.
If the return is approved, we will email you a return label and deduct shipping cost from your return.

We want to show our appreciation, love, and support for our active and retired military. Email our team at support@lyricallycorrect.com with your military (APO, MPO, FPO, or DPO) address.
Our team will then provide you with a coupon code to check out with. Your shipping address must be a military address. Your order will be canceled if your order isn't shipped to a military address or your military status can't be verified. Please email our support team at support@lyricallycorrect.com if you don't have a military address, but have other forms of verification.

Not at all. We will process and send out the deck/decks we have in stock first. When the pre-sale deck arrives, we will send it immediately and you will receive it separately.
